We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 PM AEST Monday - Friday the same day. If your order is placed after this time, on a weekend, or on a NSW Public Holiday, we aim to have these dispatched the next business day*.

Purchases made on weekends, and on NSW Public Holidays, are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times. Please note, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

FLAT RATE $12.95 AUD FOR ALL SAME DAY, TONIGHT & SATURDAY DELIVERIES

Place your order by 10:00 AM AEST, Monday to Saturday, and choose either our Today or Saturday Service to receive your order by 5:00 PM AEST the same day or by 6:00 PM AEST on Saturdays.

Need your outfit tonight? Simply order by 1:30 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, and select our Tonight Service to get it delivered by 9:00 PM AEST.

Orders placed for Same Day Delivery after our cut-offs (Monday to Friday), or on a Sunday or NSW public holiday, will be delivered on the next business day.

If you order Same Day Saturday Delivery after the 10:00 AM AEST cut-off on Saturday, your delivery will be processed the following Saturday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Australia Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers with Same Day Delivery. Customers must provide a business or residential address where somebody can accept the delivery from our courier.

Need it now? Place your order before 10.00 AM AEST Monday - Thursday and by 9.00 AM AEST Friday to receive your order by 6-9 PM.

If your tonight order is placed after 10.00 AM AEST Monday - Thursday or after 9.00 AM AEST Friday or on a Saturday/Sunday / NSW public holiday, then your order will be delivered the following business day.

DHL require a signature for all deliveries (unless a signature release is organised by the customer directly with the carrier).

Australia Post orders placed with Same Day Delivery, Express, and Standard require a signature upon delivery (unless a signature release is organised by the customer directly with the carrier).

If your order requires a signature on delivery please provide an address you will be at Monday - Friday. If you authorise a 'Signature Release' on your order, White Fox Boutique and the carrier are not liable for any loss or damage to the package.

Please note: International Standard shipping is an authority to leave service and does not require a signature on delivery.

Please refer to shipping information for your country to determine if customs charges will apply to your order.

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. White Fox Boutique does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Please note that White Fox Boutique does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact DHL Express & your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above, please contact your local customs office or shipping courier.

All taxes and tariffs are already included in your order total, so you won’t face any unexpected charges at Canadian customs. All orders placed on our CA site ship from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, with no additional customs charges passed on to you.

Perfumes are available for delivery within Australia (standard shipping only).
Please note: Maximum 6 perfumes per order.

Perfumes cannot be shipped to New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada, South Africa or Japan.
