TERMS AND CONDITIONS
White Fox Boutique Pty Ltd is the Event Producer and Seller of the Mikaela Testa Meet and Greet (‘Event)’.
The Mikaela Testa Meet and Greet will take place in Surry Hills, NSW, Australia on the Saturday 3rd June and Sunday 4th June between 10AM - 4PM.
Guests will be able to purchase a ticket (no fee required) to one of the six (6) allocated time slots over the two (2) day event period.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions relate both to the sale of tickets and attendance at events.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Admission to an event is subject to the seller’s terms. In particular, the following form part of the seller’s terms unless otherwise specified:

Purchasers must present a valid form of ID and the order confirmation email displaying their full name on entry to the event. Failure to provide will result in denied entry into the event.

Persons under 16 years of age are entitled to bring a legal guardian without purchasing an additional ticket.

Additional ticket holders under the purchaser's name must enter the venue at the same time as Purchaser and can only gain entry under the purchaser's ID.

You will only be allowed entry at the allocated day and time slot provided on the order confirmation email.

All ticket holders will be provided a wristband upon entry to the event.

You may be denied entry into, or removed from, the event where the Seller has reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the Seller’s Terms, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.

You will be required to submit to a search of your person and/or possessions before entering the event.
NON-TRANSFERABLE:
Tickets are only valid for entry on the day and time slot it has been purchased for, days and time slots are non-transferable. No ticket name changes will be permitted.
Tickets are not allowed to be resold. Resale or attempted resale of tickets is grounds for termination and cancellation of the ticket.
TICKET LIMITS:
When purchasing tickets on site, you are limited to two (2) tickets per purchaser ('ticket limit'). This amount is included on the event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket-buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where we identify breaches of these limits. Multiple accounts may not be used to circumvent or exceed published ticket limits. If you exceed or attempt to exceed the posted ticket limits, we reserve the right to cancel, without notice, any or all orders and tickets, in addition to prohibiting your ticket purchasing abilities.
TICKET INCLUSIONS:
Ticket holders will have the opportunity to meet Mikaela personally and take a picture. Please be aware that there will not be a professional photographer on-site, so if you would like a photo, please bring your own camera or device. There will be the option to purchase from the merchandise store, this time is included in your allocated Meet and Greet time slot.
REFUNDS:
Meet & Greet packages, contents, and merchandise purchased at the event are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All sales are final.
OTHER RIGHTS / RESTRICTIONS:
No sponsorship, on-site marketing, sampling, vending, coupon/product distribution, or other promotional/advertising activity may be conducted at the Event (inclusive of parking lots) without event producers written consent.
FORCE MAJEURE:
The failure of the Event Producer to comply with any provisions of these Terms and Conditions due to an act of god, hurricane, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, fire, riot, earthquake, actions of government authorities outside the control of the Event Producer, or other force majeure the event should not be considered a breach of the Terms and Conditions. We cannot be held liable for any losses or expenses incurred by an event cancellation or postponement.
