How do I gain and lose reward points in the loyalty club?

White Fox Loyalty Club members earn 1 point per $1 spent. To earn points, members must be logged in to their account.

Regarding returning items & gift cards:

• Returning for a refund or credit note will deduct the points from your balance.
• If using a gift card, you will not gain points.
