    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

    1. Repack your items into the original packaging or into a non see-through, waterproof, sealable bag

    2. Access our returns portal here to enter your order number and the email address that you used to place your order

    3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and reasoning

    4. Choose your return shipping method:

    a) Pre paid label (flat rate of $9.95 will be deducted from your return)

    You will receive an email with a shipping label for you to print out and attach to the package which you can drop off at any postal box or post office

    b) You can choose your own return method (return shipping cost covered by you)

    You will receive an email with a shipping address for you to send the return package to

    5. Check all your return information is correct and then submit the return request by clicking confirm

    6. Send your returns package via your chosen shipping method back to us and keep an eye on your return tracking. You will be notified via email once we receive and approve your returned item(s)

    What is our Returns Policy?

    Sorry to hear things didn’t work out for you!

    Not to worry, you have 60 days to send your item back to us for a Store Credit to use on a new item or size. Store Credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any item/s on our website!

    Before returning your items, please make sure note of the below:

    - Items are in original condition and unwashed condition with all tags attached

    - You have submitted a return request via our Returns Portal

    - The items were not purchased from our Sale category as we do not accept the return of Sale items unless deemed defective

    - All shoes are returned in their original box inside a postage bag

    - We do not accept the return of any sale items, fake tan, socks, sticky bras, boob tape or earrings unless defective or faulty.

    If you have purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount).

    All Sale items are final, there is no exchange or refunds on these unless it has been deemed as having a manufacturing defect. (Please note ‘sale items’ are items under the sale section of our website).

    COVID-19 Extended Returns Policy

    We understand it may be harder for customers to return orders which is why we have extended our returns period to 60 days until further notice.

     

    Please ensure your item/s are in line within all other return policies.

    How do I return an item?

    To submit a return for store credit, click on 'SUBMIT A RETURN' at the top of this page or log into your White Fox account and click 'Return Items' next to your order. All returns are issued with store credit (provided the items are in line with our Returns Policy)

    Do you offer free returns?

    White Fox does not cover any return shipping costs. This means all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

    If you are located in Australia, you will have the option to select a Prepaid Returns Label, however, this cost will be removed from your total store credit.

    If you are located in the US or New Zealand and you are welcome to purchase one of our OMNI Returns Labels here.

    What do I do if I have received a faulty item?

    If you think you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one ordered - please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible at info@whitefoxboutique.com and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you are seeing. If the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item for a refund, store credit or direct replacement.

    Please note that White Fox Boutique does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash or wear and tear.

    Can I exchange an item?

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return the item to us for a store credit which you can use to place a new order.


    ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.

If you have checked out as a 'Guest' and would like to return your item for store credit, click on 'SUBMIT A RETURN' at the top of this page using your order number and email address used for the order. Once we receive and process your return, your store credit will be applied under the email address used to place the order. To access the store credit, you will need to 'Register' the account by clicking here.

    Afterpay Returns

    Once we receive your return, you will be issued with a store credit for the final price of the item/s. The Afterpay installments will continue to be captured until the order has been paid in full.
